ACP Support Policy

Overview

Alauda offers services for each major release of Alauda Container Platform("ACP") with designated support policies.

Details

ACP will be supported according to the Production Scope of Coverage as detailed here: https://support.alauda.io/soc.

ACP will be supported according to Service Level Agreement as detailed here: https://support.alauda.io/sla.

In practice, this means that Alauda will assist a customer with the setup and administration of ACP, including the deployment and configuration of the various nodes as well as other administrative-type tasks.
